Last stage of the dungeon, with a very nice boss at the end. You can then either go directly to the next area (you will be next to it) or clean up the rest of the map. Go through the middle to kill Gulgazor (a crab boss), then go up towards Slathsarr Aethergaze (a beast basilisk boss) specializing in Aether and poison. Serious things begin! Turn left to get the first area which will lead to waves of creep (be careful, it stings), then go to the merchant who sells several blueprints (remember to have some coins aside!). This boss is not particularly hard, still think about kit if necessary. Once Ragarroth The Tormented (Manticore Chtonic) is killed, use the Skeleton Key to change zones. If you are there for the dungeon challenge, go directly to the boss located at the bottom of the map, taking care to kill the elites on the road. You will already be able to collect some loot and flowers. Starting from the convent in act 6, go straight to find the Ancient Grove.
